Species Highlight: Dockside Biodiversity
If you've spent time on the docks of Prince Rupert, you've probably already seen this flowery species. The feathery tufts swaying below the waterline are Northern feather duster worms (Eudistylia vancouveri)! They are one of the most common species along the docks around Kaien Island, and they play an essential part in helping dockside biodiversity thrive.
